[Closed] Video Doesn't save where the video left off + doesn't save history either

Hi!

I've been having this problem for weeks now. Doesn't matter which browser I used: Chrome, Microsoft Edge or Firefox.

I've emptied my cache and cookies on all browsers, erased my history entirely and still it doesn't change. In fact it only registered the former history of one of the show and not the other i.e :

There was a show for which I was in the middle of episode 21, yet in spite of having erased the whole cache and all the cookies, it showed that I was still at the end of episode 18.... which was the record BEFORE I erased eveything.

When I started again another show that had exactly the same problem... It did worse. On the show's page it still showed that I was at episode 7... when I actually finished episode 9... BUT it didn't even appear in the history folder.

I switched from browser to browser. Still the same problem.

It's stuck for the two shows I'm currently watching, but it also did the same for the other shows I watched before.

I know I'm not the only one who had that issue so here goes again.

  • Ya this issue has been going on for a couple years now. I don’t expect them to it anytime soon. They say they are aware of the problem. You would think with the recent “update” things would be fixed. That is not the case.
