[Closed] Viki App Won't Open on Fire TV

I have previously watched many shows with Viki on my Fire TV, but suddenly it will not open. When I click the app I get a blue screen and then sent back to my Five TV home screen.

I have tried:

Turning the TV on and off again.
Clearing the cache
Uninstalling and reinstalling the Viki app

Nothing has helped. Any advice?
