[Closed] Missing Subtitles

Please help, I have been watching several shows on Viki and most recently the english subtitles disappeared. I cant tell if its just incomplete or there is a problem with the system. I am currently watching Hwayugi ep 9 and mid-way english subtitles disappeared. I checked back with other shows I watched and the english is not there either? whats happening...can someone help? I am the pass plus member

    Same here! No English subtitles on Durians Affair ep2. Ep1, subtitles worked just fine
