[Closed] Viki rakuten keeps on saying they are detecting a vpn

Viki rakuten keeps on saying that they are detecting a vpn / proxy on my device and I have been using viki without problems ,plus I don't use any VPN at all and also made sure to double check ,I tried deleting the app/ restarting my phone and starting again but it's still the same plus I contacted your team and waited 24 h and still there is no response and a'm starting to get annoyed because I paid my membership and its wasting my time ,I want to watch my shows without problems please help . Oh and my network provider found no problem either so ..........
