[Closed] False VPN error message reason for cancelling subscription

Dear Viki,

Add me to the long list of subscribers who have cancelled the subscription because of the recurring and annoying false VPN error message. I don't have time for this. Do you actually keep track of the people who quit for this reason? Do your superiors know how serious this issue is,  generating huge loss of income? Why does this site feels like a faulty beta version? I hope you really find the cause of this VPN error, and stop blaming the customers for it. What on Earth are your coders and testers doing?  Probably pretending to work and pretending to know what they are doing.
