[Closed] The Longest issue and I'm disappointed

I created my account in May 2022 and since then I am unable to update. Why you may ask? due to a non existent VPA and proxy issue on my end. I spent over 2 hours on the phone with my ISP (one of the largest in Canada) and they found nothing! I have sent multiple requests to the VIKI team to fix this issue and still nothing! How much longer do I have to endure for this problem to be fixed? 

This is not an issue with my VPN or proxy because I don't have a VPN enabled. 

Please someone, anyone from the Viki team fix this issue so I can watch my shows in peace.

I have no ad blocker on Viki, this also happens through the viki app. 
I have no VPN.
I use Netflix, Prime, Youtube, Disney plus, and many more streaming apps without issue!

I have cleared my cache, and cookies.
Multiple restarts and reboots and still nothing!
