[Closed] Technical issues

says: This has been happening since February..whenever l play a movie it does operate for a few episodes then when it reaches half way through the episodes..it will say The media could not be loaded,either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported…why is that?l sent another complaint and nothing was done..are we paying for nothing here?
