[Closed] WHY DO I HAVE ADS WHEN I AM A VIKI PASS STANDARD SUBSCRIBER?

Hi there. Kelly from Western Australia here.  I have been a Viki Pass Standard subscriber for a long time, bu

t i have just started to be interrupted by ad...and i have no idea why, as my subscription gets paid every month..no problems there.  i double checked it all.

So please help?  its most annoying.  lol
