Upgrade to Viki Plus

I want to upgrade to Viki Pass PLUS but it will not give me that option when i go to my subscriptions

    Hi angelmiratrevino_608,

    Sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue.

    Upon taking a look at your account, I can see that your Viki Pass subscription is linked with Google Play. To upgrade via Google Play, please check out this FAQ: http://bit.ly/2IRRgLl

    After upgrading, you will be charged for the upgrade as follows: http://bit.ly/UpgradeProrationFAQ

     

    Hope this helps. If you experience any problems upgrading, please let me know. Please share a screenshot of the error you're getting as well.

    I can't upgrade my Viki standard to Viki plus. I live in usa. Why is this so difficult. There is no option after I click on Change Button.
