[Closed] I'm a QC and I've been charged for Viki Pass Plus

I'm  a QC since March, 2020, I already had Viki Pass Plus, the next month of payment I received a notification that said that I was charged for the Viki Pass Plus with 100% off, next I read that I had to cancel my subscrition to get Viki Pass free, I did it a month ago, today it appeared that I didn't have Viki Pass Plus so I clicked on "renew" and I received a notification about 9.99 USD charged to my account.
