[Closed] Missing Timed comments

Hi no timed comments or comments buttons on my videos.  I am using Firefox.  Is there a fix for this?  The comments from other viewers are the best part of Viki.

    We understand your concern that you are not seeing the time comments on your screen but don't worry we're here to fix your concern.

    Neither can I. I think maybe they aren't working. I'm going to try them on my phone.
