Episode 10 Kingdom Legendary war NOT playing on Fire Tv stick

Episode 10 of Kingdom is not playing on the Amazon Fire Tv stick viki app. I have Viki Pass and it still won't play. It plays for 5 seconds then it gives me a "failed to load, retry" message. It ONLY happens with episode 10. All the other episodes play fine. Please fix this issue! I've been trying to watch this show for the past 2 days!!!

    Hi All,

    We're very sorry to know that you were having issues watching the show Kingdom: Legendary War .  

    Upon checking, it seems that the show is available now.  Can you kindly check and confirm?

    If the issue still occurs, please try these steps to make sure that this is not an app issue:

    1. Log out from your account
    2. Uninstall and reinstall the Viki app from your device.
    3. Turn your device off and on again.
    4. Log back in to your Viki account by following the steps here.

    If the issue persists, kindy send a screenshot showing the error.

    Kingdom ep 10 isn't working for me at all, even when I try to play it on my laptop. It doesn't even play anything, goes directly to the error page

    I'm having the same issue. Tried on Amazon Fire Cube and in browser on PC. So sad.
