    Thanks for contacting Viki Community Support. 

    We’re sorry to read that you’re not able to change your plans at the moment on the Google Play Store (India). Our team is aware that there is an issue and we’re looking into it. 

    In the meantime, you may cancel your existing plan and wait till the end of the current cycle before subscribing to your new choice of plan

    To cancel your subscription, please follow these steps:

    1. While logged in on your Android device with the Google account you used to subscribe.

    2. Log in to the Viki Android app.

    3. On the bottom menu, go to Me

    4. Tap the Settings icon in the top right corner

    5. Scroll down to Viki Pass > Manage Subscriptions > Cancel Subscription

    6. Follow the prompts to cancel the subscription in Google Play Store

    7. After your subscription has been successfully canceled, you'll receive a confirmation email from Google. You will also continue to see subscription benefits until the end of your current billing period.

    Please be advised that due to the recent Reserve Bank of India eMandate notification, new Viki Pass subscriptions made through the Google Play Store (India) will temporarily cease to be automatically renewed. For continued access to your Viki Pass, you will have to re-subscribe at the end of each billing cycle.
