[Solved] Google Login
Unable to login using my Google Account with the Fire TV app. When I try to use my email address and password for Google, I get a message saying the password or username you entered does not match our records.

The possible reason why you're getting this error is the password is incorrect.
You may use another login method for Amazon Fire TV by following the steps here:

I have not used a different login, since signing up for Viki. Yesterday it was saying unable to connect to server. Cleared data and cache, then it would not allow me to login with my Google account. The only login options are Facebook, Rakuten ID, and email/password combo.
When I look at the website for being able to login with Fire TV, it says I should be able to scan a QR code to link my account but that is not an option available either.
I was able to login by clicking on Rakuten ID, then inputting the code it provided for linking my account.
