[Solved] Tried to reset my password
Trying to reset my password with email link but when I click the link, it only takes me to the home web page.

Please be informed that you have to log out from your Viki account before you proceed to reset password link.

I spent 1 hr trying to reset my password with the link. Going fwd, PLEASE include what you said above, which is to "log out from your Viki account b4 proceed ..link" that would have saved me 55 mins.
