[Closed] Shows no longer stream to chrome cast
Hi there,
For about two weeks I have been unable to stream to chrome cast from the viki app. The app will seem like it is loading, then it says "undefined" on the tv screen before it then only shows the Rakuten logo, while on my phone the show is still loading. I can watch the shows on my phone if I don't use chrome cast, but since I watch viki on my tv exclusively, this is kind of annoying.
I read that some iOS users have been experiencing issues, but I am an Android user. Also this appears to be a problem with every show, not just some.
I have not tried to delete and reinstall the app because for a while viki shows wouldn't play on my mobile at all, and the tech team from viki kindly fixed that bug but instructed me explicitly not to reinstall/update the app version I was using.
What should I do?
