[Closed] Subscription to VIKI pass plus

I have a subscription to VIKI pass plus, that I could not access, under <personal details removed for security reasons>. On my account, it says my email is <personal details removed for security reasons>. This subscription is paid through iTunes, and was renewed at the first of this month. It is aggravating not to be able to access a service that has been paid. For several weeks now. I don’t even know how this happened and why help is not forthcoming. When I click on that blue line. You say you sent an email to my address but I AM NOT GETTING IT!!! What now.?

  • Please reinstate my subscription. Please send me the email yo reset my password. I have forgotten the original password with which I subscribed. I cannot reset on my account page. Since I’m subscribed and have paid, it seems reasonable to help me reset with your end sending a viable link. Please, I want yo watch a series that is not opening.
