[Closed] Roku

I use the Roku app that is installed on my RCA tv in my bedroom. I updated the Roku app and now it is 9.4 version but I can’t still add to Viki. The TV is about 2years old but I like to keep mine updated. I also sent for a password reset and never received to my attached Google account. I just want to watch Viki on my Roku so I can stay caught up with my shows. I have an older Roku on my TV and was having the same issue but it magically resolved itself today. What can I do?

    I’m sorry that you're experiencing issues with Viki on your Connected TV Device.

    To make sure this is not an app problem can you please try the following?

    1. Log out from your account
    2. Uninstall and reinstall the Viki app from your device.
    3. Turn your device off and on again.
    4. Log back in to your Viki account by following the steps here.

    Are you still having the same issues with the Viki app? If so, can you please provide the following information?

    1. What is the version of the Viki app are you using? You can find this information in the app settings.
    2. An exact description of the issue you're experiencing.
    3. Which device and model number are you using?
    4. Your current location /region.
    5. Which specific movies or episodes are causing this issue? Please give as many details as possible
    6. A screenshot, picture or short video of the error message or issue.

  • Acabei de adquirir o roku express 3930,  tenho viki em meu celular, pago assinatura viki standartplus
    No roku fala que tenho que fazer assinatura novamente, e mais eu abro o app viki com Facebook
