The option "search channel" is not available in this device for my roku account.
Think I am going to give up on this device.
My advice for your team is to stop supporting Roku and just invest development of the apps in other streaming manufactures who really care about their clients.
Do also try to head to my.roku.com > Profile > Channel Store and add the Viki channel there. Your Roku device then syncs that information from its servers.
If you have done all of the previous steps and it is still not working for you, then please reach out to Roku here: Roku Support, for more assistance.
If your device is incompatible, you can still continue watching Viki from other supported devices and from our website. You can see all of our supported apps here: Viki.com/apps
Ive been having the same issues for quite a while. It first started off where Viki would not play any movies. It would load and then bring me back to the home page. Now i cant even get into the app its self on my roku. This has been so frustrating that im about ready to cancel my subscription. Ive been paying for Viki plus for years and years. I even tried to find it on my Fire stick like it said I could online.
I've rebooted, system reset, unintalled and reinstalled the app, checked for system updates on my roku stick (which said it was all updated), tried different roku device, tried mirroring it from my phone to the tv... nothing is working. Unfortunately, Im about ready to give up and just cancel all together if they don't get this fixed.
I have a roku 3920rw and just this week it quit loading Viki all of a sudden for no reason. Now I primarily watch nothing but Viki so I'm quite upset at this. I've tried everything I can find to fix it to no avail. Please advise. I can't live without Viki & I'm paying for it but can't watch it.

Help needed if the app should be working fine.
I just run across pages that I think should be removed because are out of date?
