I am a Viki Plus Pass subscriber. Watching shows on Roku. Cannot watch latest episodes on followed shows. Message pops up (The content is blocked. Please subscribe to Viki for full access.) What's going on?

    Thank you for contacting Viki Community Support.

    I looked up your email address in our system, and see that you're getting Viki Pass benefits whenever you login on your account.

    If you still can't see subscription benefits, I can recommend you to take the following steps:

    1. Log out from your account
    2. Log back in to your account with your registered email address

    If that doesn't fix the problem please let me know and I'll be glad to help.
