[SOLVED] Subtitles

I am using Rakuten Viki on my iPhone, but the subtitles aren’t working can someone please help me?

    Could you first please try the following:

    1. Delete and Reinstall the Viki app
    2. Reboot your device
    3. Restart your home internet network. For more details: Helpful steps to troubleshoot video issues

    Are you still experiencing these issues with the video player? If so, can you please provide the following information?

    • Please let me know the specific shows and episodes you're having problems with (ex. "Chicago Typewriter" Episode 2)
    • Does this occur when you use 3G/4G?
    • What's your device and Operating System version?
    • What version of the Viki app are you using? You can find it on the app settings.
    • Screenshot of the issue or the error message you see.

  • Thank you so much it’s working now! The show was The Penthouse I was on episode 16 and my Viki was updated to the newest. I deleted the app and reinstalled it and it worked perfectly. Thanks for the help!
