I can't get an update on my VIKI app on my Roku
I have gone through all the directions I have been told and I click to update app and it says update, but I still can't get on Viki through my Roku. It always says I need the latest update of the app. It was working fine yesterday and now it's not. Please help.

I'm sorry to hear that you experienced these issues!
Since the time that you submitted your request, we have released an updated version of the app that should resolve the problem. Please update your application and make sure it's version 2.11.2.

i got the same problem
I have the same problem. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the viki channel but nothing is working.
