[Solved] Continue Watching not updating on Viki app

I noticed that recently my "Continue Watching" queue doesn't update. This is a problem at every devices on my account (web, tv app, phone app). I've tried closing the app and reboot but doesn't seem to help. There's no watch history either so it sometimes hard to know where you left off if you're watching multiple shows. 

Does anyone else had this problem before and know how to fix it?

  • look, i know you guys are doing all you can but my watch history is completely gone from the app oh yeah and i still have problems with updating my watch history it only updates on my phone if i use my laptop or PC it never updates

    so if i use my phone it updates but i can't see my watched history only on pc and laptop

    the last empress has still not updated for me even though I finished the entire series it's stuck on episode 41 even though it's been 2 months

    i know there's people working on this i don't want to cause any trouble

    so even if you guys try to comment a solution it doesn't work no matter what i try so no uninstalling and reinstalling the app doesn't work clearing cookies doesn't work so don't try to reply with those solutions they DONT work

    it is already updated there is literally no solution to this

    4 i already explained it works on my phone just fine but on pc or laptop it doesn't work

  • Hello the continue watching is back using Chrome but still missing when I use firefox. I use a pc and the browsers.  So it maybe solved for some platforms but not all.

  • Hi, it started to record currently watching but now it have erased all my currently watching so I have none.
    If I use firefox thats is.
    If I use opera I have my currently watched and it records but please make it work on firefox too.
    If I open a show (on firefox) I can see where I was but I can't see any shows on currently watching.

    I have the latest uppdated firefox.
