[Closed] Viki Will Not Reply To My Emails! Bought the Viki pass plus/premium on my phone but Viki won’t let me use it on my tv

I wanted the more expensive Viki pass so I paid for it on my phone, ABSOLUTELY NOWHERE did it say that I wouldn’t be able to use it on my tv or laptop. After I paid I went on my tv and it still was showing the same pass I had before. I emailed Viki twice a couple weeks between about switching my subscription so it works on my tv because I barely ever watch Viki on my phone, it’s been over a month and I haven’t received any response. If they don’t fix this I will never be giving them my money again.

    You should be able to access your subscription as long as you are logged into the same account on all your devices.
