[Solved] I can´t access the videos

  Hi all,

  We were experiencing some issues earlier yesterday, which have since been fixed by our engineers. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that might have been caused.

  1. If you were logged out of your account and could not log back in, please try logging in once again. Refer to this if you need help logging in.
     
     
  2. To continue accessing your favorite videos, watched shows, and Viki Pass benefits (if subscribed), kindly log out and back into your Viki account
     
     
  3. If you are still having issues opening your app, please delete and reinstall before trying again. If this does not help, and you are using an Android device, please clear your app cache by following the steps here.

  Otherwise, please send more details (screenshots included) to our Help Center at bit.ly/VikiHelp and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

  This is happening to me too. I was watching the untamed but when I went to the next episode I got the "Oh no something went wrong page" so I reloaded it, tried logging in and out, changing browsers, and restarting my computer now I am getting a page that says "sorry there was an error loading this video"

  Same here, I tried every single video but I cannot access any videos
