[Closed] Videos Keep Freezing (buffering), lose subtitles
I'd like to report buffering problem. It happens in three different devices. I have fiber connection and more than needed to watch videos on Viki website or by using its app on Roku or iPhone.
Issue: The videos keep buffering at all times. It doesn't matter if its a movie or series episode. It doesn't matter the title. It looks like your apps for iphone aren't buffering properly ahead of time and the video keep freezing. The same is happening with my Roku. The tv is up-to-date, all my roku apps are up to date, but still the episodes keep freezing at all times (due to buffering issues).
On iphone the subtitles stop working at all times and I have to reset the subs again in order to force it to work. This really annoying. My iOS is up to date and I am using the app related to it.
I've seen you have this very same topic here in this forum and it looks like this is a very common and unresolved issue and I have a suggestion: You should consider add a feature to ''download'' episodes or movies inside the app (Netflix has this same feature) so we'd have a chance to really watch the content you have. On my computer I have the very same issue and Viki take 100% of my CPU time as well. It does not matter the browser I am using.
I really like your services and content, but I don't see how we can watch it this way.
