Subscription issue

I am trying to upgrade my subscription from the Standard Pass to a Plus pass and having issue changing it. I tried both on my Viki app and on the web. Is there another way to upgrade the pass?

    Thanks for your interest to upgrade your subscription!

    While logged in to your Android device with the Google account you used to subscribe, please follow these steps to upgrade:

      1. Log in to the Viki Android app.
      2. On the bottom menu, go to Me.
      3. Tap the Settings icon in the top-right corner.
      4. Scroll down to Viki Pass > Manage Subscriptions.
      5. You will see your subscription details and the options to Change Subscription.
      6. After making the desired changes to your subscription, you will receive an email confirmation from Google.
