[Closed] User account disappeared /w Viki Pass

My mother uses your service and sometime this week she stated that she cannot access the Viki app on her Amazon Fire Stick. I took a look at the app and it said something like "Retry" in the center of the screen. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled. That did not help because it of course asked for the login info. So I entered the correct email and password. but it would not recognize it. I got on a computer and tries to login and it too stated that ether the username (email) or password was incorrect. I then tried to reset the password and the website said that the email does not exist. I checked my email and searched and I located the original email for signing up with at least Viki Pass. So the correct email account is what I used. 

I'm at a loss here because I tried to create a new account and that worked but the "Viki Pass" cannot be accessed and Viki Pass shows that it is good till 04 April 2021. I have tried to put a ticket in for this and 3 days later I have not gotten a response. Can anyone here assist me in what I should do?
