[Solved] Viki pass not working

I just bought viki pass, but I can’t watch the shows that requires a pass and I'm still getting ads, I've tried logging in and out on all my devices, but that doesn't work.

    • You might need to log out and log in again to access your plan benefits.

  • I am also having the same problem. I bought the viki standard pass today and the premium shows are still locked. I also tried logging in and out of my devices.

    We're aware of the current Viki Pass issue happening on various devices where:

    • Users are asked to subscribe when they already have a subscription and
    • Unable to see their benefits and are seeing locked episodes
