[Closed] NO ENGLISH SUBTITLES SINCE FEB 28th

I also do not have any English subtitles since Feb 28th on all my VIKI shows which I see through my ROKU.  The ones that I did watch as of a week ago were translated into English, but the ones from the 28th of Feb 28th and on have not been translated.  What will VIKI do???  As I have been waiting patientently for the problem to be fixed.  Please fix this as soon as possible.  This is now going on past several days and I am not the only ROKU owner having this issue as I can see.  Please do something soon.

  • An alternative workaround, but it may not work for everyone:  

    1. Go to the video.
    2. Once it starts, on your remote control, press * (asterisk).
    3. The video will pause and a pop-up menu will appear.
    4. Scroll down to the Caption track and select 2 of 2 (English).
    5. Once this is done, scroll down and select Close to exit the pop-up menu. The EN subtitles should appear after this.
