[Closed] The Starry Love missing subtitles

Is there any way to see subtitles, starting at episode 14 of The Starry Love? I see Viki says 100% EN but I cannot see them. I see subtitles on Episodes 1 to 13 so I know my Roku tv is working. I see subtitles on all other Viki dramas I am at a loss.

Try going into Accessibility / Languages and scroll down to see if there is a second choice for English. Choosing the other English in the drop down fixed it for me last night!

same issue. English Subtitles do not work on Roku but do work on the iPad app. No alternate English option on Roku.
