[Closed] my cc not working last 2 days

Up until 2 days ago my cc was working but not working now.  I have rebooted and followed every instruction online.  CC working on all other streaming platforms and working on ROKU.  Can  you help?  Thank you

  • The same issue of the CC not working on my Roku as of March 3rd and 4th.  Any episodes prior to that display the closed captions but even if the "100%" subtitles is displayed and the blue "CC" is on, there is no subtitles.  I checked the Viki app on my computer and subtitles were displayed with no problem, so it seems to be a Roku / Viki app issue.
