[Closed] new episodes say the english subtitles are done but they are not showing up

several of the new series are showing that English subtitles are done, but when I select an episode, there are no subtitles. Prior episodes may be ok, but not current ones. For the movie "Point Men", only the clip has English subtitles, they are missing in the movies. I have turned off and on Captioning but it doesn't seem to help. Older titles seem to be ok.

  • Same here subtitles work on PC but not on my Roku TV.  This is the 2nd time it has happened in the past year.

  • The problem still has not been fixed! I can view older episodes of current dramas but none of the new episodes, Taxi Driver 2 as an example.

  • Same problem, The Point Men works OK with subtitles on my macbook pro only, but not my tv's.  I have an LG and Sony.  First time I have had this issue. I am also using Roku.

  • Just tried using Apple TV and the subtitles are working on my LG tv.  So it may be a problem with Roku.
