[Closed] Unable to log onto iPad for Viki Rakuten

Have Viki Plus subscription that works on smart TV but unable to watch on iPad 8 device.

Can we not share on other household devices.

I keep getting error message that email is for another device; will not verify my email.

Email showing is:


which is incorrect!

Please advise.
