[Closed] subtitles

This is my 3rd day with frozen subtitles.  They are not working and I'm getting upset.  I watch your app every day but if this is not fixed I am going to cancel.

    I use Chrome browser and Mobile App and the subtitles work fine. Although the timed comments are not showing up yet.

    Any ETA when this is going to get fixed?  Still have frozen subtitle or no subtitles.
