[Solved] Forward & rewind keys not working

I watch Viki on viki.com on my laptop. Starring last night, the scroll arrows for forward & rewind keys stop working. I tried it on 2 laptops & the same happened. So I'm sure it has to do with your software. Please let me know how to fix that. Thank you

    Hi everyone,

    Our team is aware that there are issues with some keyboard shortcut functions on Viki.com:

    • Forward & Rewind (arrow keys)
    • Play/Pause (spacebar key)
    • Volume keys
