MORE LARGE SIZE SUBTITLES
Since the new update, the subtitles are too small. Even L and XL are too small. Please increase the size of the subtitles for laptop users so they can comfortably enjoy the experience.

Agreed! The subtitles are way too small since the change, and they removed the option to adjust subs background opacity too, which also makes them much harder to read
I am having the same problems. I totally agree, "update, the subtitles are too small. Even L and XL are too small. Please increase the size of the subtitles for laptop users". where do I submit the complaint?
NVM. I found the chat where I left the complaint. I am glad I am not the only one with this concern. Thanks. I hope they revert back to the old subtitles.
Please fix this! My poor grandmother is legally blind with a magnifying glass she was barely able to see the biggest size of subtitles but now the biggest 'new size is very very small!! She pays the highest subscription just to be able to watch kdramas, itis the only fun she has!! Please I beg please make subtitles way bigger just add more options on web version and app!
