[Closed] Viki not compatible with this version CHROMECAST

Hi , I've been using viki on my TV with chromecast android TV OS version 12 and never had an issue until today, that stopped working. I decided to Uninstall it and install it again but now it says my device it's not compatible with this version....how is that possible when I have the latest chrome cast with and updated system software.
