[Closed] Viki App on Fire Tv won’t send code
So I had to uninstall and reinstall the app on my Firestick because the pause and forward functions were not working. Now, when I try to log back in using “Viki ID” to enter the code it’s giving me, there’s no prompt to enter a code. I’m going to Viki.com/firestick on my phone as instructed to enter this access code, but this site address only opens my phone app and nothing happens. How am I supposed to enter the code when it’s just opening my app but not prompting me to enter the code?
