    Sorry for the problems you're having.

    For Samsung TV, we're no longer updating or fixing our Viki app on Samsung TV since Samsung has ceased support for Smart Hub OS.

    We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

    As for Roku, we've just released a fix for the issue and videos should now be able to load again.

    Please restart the Viki Roku app and try playing the videos.

    If you continue to experience problems or see ads, please let me know.
