[Solved] Premium viki pass not recognized

I had basic viki pass in the past, and was fed up with not being able to watch all available episodes, so I cancelled.  Momth later, I went back with primium pass so I would not have issues, but yesterday, I had worst day of all.... it wouldn't let me watch ANY new episodes.

 

This is very very frustrating and feel like yelling at someone, if there is a customer service reps, or cancel my subscription.

    Hi guys,

    Sorry for the frustrating experience with loading videos on the Roku app earlier.

    We've just released a fix for the issue and videos should now be able to load again.

    Please restart the Viki app and try playing the videos.

    Same thing happening to me. I tried logging out and signing back in. I may have to delete channel and reinstall.
