    The problem for me is NOT being able to view the episodes which have been paid for, that is, I got the Kocowa add on and I STILL cannot see the remaining episodes!  I have been paying for the Viki for a few years now and since I was unable to view the rest of the episodes on the Kdramas which were restricted I decided to get the plus plus (reference to KOCOWA) and when I try to see those episodes it will not let me, it kicks me out.  It shows me a piece of the episode and boom!  I am out again...it's a new TV with a ROKU.  HELP!!! I am attempted to just see whatever VIKI without Kocowa and Dramafever and forget this NEW and IMPROVED VIKI with KOCOWA...(very unhappy).
