[Solved] Can I rate again a show if I did it by mistake after the episodes?

Hi everyone! Hope you are all doing great and enjoying your time here! I really need your help...

My father accidently gave one star to a show that we simply adore, not knowing what the stars are for! And he is so sad now... Is there any chance we could change the rating?! I tried writing a review, but it didn't allow me to post it. Can you please advise?! Any kind of help would be highly appreciated! Thank you in advance and keep up the good work! :)

    Hi there,

    You can certainly make changes to previously rated shows. Simply follow these steps:

    1. On Viki.com, go to your Profile page
    2. Look for the Reviews section and click on it
    3. Find the show that you would like to edit and select the pencil icon at the right side of the row
    4. Edit your rating/review accordingly and click Submit
    5. Refresh the page to see the changes reflected
