[Closed] View Viki via my Firedtick

Having set up an account for Viki Standard on my mobile phone, I tried to open the Viki app on my firestick. It instructed me to insert a sequence of letters when appropriate. However, when I log out on the mobile phone and log in again I am NOT getting an option to insert the link letters. Note, I am logging in using my Google account. Can someone assist. Thanks Jerry O'Leary
