[Closed] Access to Viki Plus that I paid for
I get repeated emails to verify my email, but there is nothing sent to my email that allows me to do the verification. Then, I sometimes get an email saying that my email has been verified, but then when I try to use the account, I again get an email asking me to verify my email. This is a HOT MESS. Also, I was supposed to be able to put Viki Plus on my tablet, too, and that does not work AT ALL. Please fix this!
