Request Entity Too Large - Impossible to subscribe

I wanted to resubscribe to Viki to keep going to watch my series....each time, I have this message about the Request entity being too large, and I cannot access my account anymore. I log out and log in again but each time, I want to subscribe I have the same message.

    Our engineers are currently working on resolving this. In the meantime, please try to clear your browser's cache and cookies to resolve this issue:

    1. Log out from your account
    2. Check that your browser is updated to the latest version
    3. Clean the cache and cookies on your browser. How do I clear the cache and cookies on my web browser?
    4. Close the browser and restart it again
    5. Log back into your Viki account

    If that does not help, please download and access with either a Firefox or Safari web browser.
