Why am I seeing a "The media playback was aborted due to a corruption problem" error message?

Our engineers are aware and are working on a fix at the moment.

In the meantime, you can change your Video Playback settings to Medium or Low to possibly help resolve this issue:

  1. Login to Viki.com
  2. Go to your Subscription & Settings
  3. Under General Settings, select Medium or Low quality.
