We're aware of the current issue with some users seeing a blank app, or unable to login on the Viki app on certain Samsung phone devices.
After a detailed investigation, our engineers have concluded that the Viki app is unable to work correctly on certain Samsung models after the latest security update from Samsung was made on these devices.
Here is a list of affected devices (non-exhaustive):
- Samsung Galaxy S10/S10e/S10+
- Samsung Galaxy 9s Plus
- Samsung Galaxy S7
