Why am I seeing a blank app and unable to log in on my Samsung phone?

We're aware of the current issue with some users seeing a blank app, or unable to login on the Viki app on certain Samsung phone devices.

After a detailed investigation, our engineers have concluded that the Viki app is unable to work correctly on certain Samsung models after the latest security update from Samsung was made on these devices.

Here is a list of affected devices (non-exhaustive):

- Samsung Galaxy S10/S10e/S10+
- Samsung Galaxy 9s Plus
- Samsung Galaxy S7

However, good news is - a few affected users have written in back to us that this issue got resolved on its own. This might not be the case for every affected user, but feel free let us know anytime if the Viki app works again on your Samsung phone.
