If you're experiencing issues running the Viki app on your iOS device (iPhone, iPad, iPod), we recommend trying these steps:
1. Force quit the Viki app then re-open it
From your Home screen, double-click the Home button and swipe upwards to close the app. Tap the Home button to return to your Home screen.
2. Turn your device off and on again
Power cycle your device by turning it off for at least 30 seconds and then back on. This will restart the app as well as allow your device to reconnect to either the Wi-Fi or cellular network.
3. Uninstall and reinstall the Viki app
Hold your finger on the Viki app, then tap the "x" to delete the app and its files. Search for Viki in the App Store to re-download it.
4. Update your iOS device
To ensure you have the latest iOS version, select Settings from the Home screen. Select the General tab and click on Software Update. Select Install Now.
5. Check your storage capacity
Ensure you have ample storage capacity. Being too close to your storage limit can affect your device’s performance. To check your current storage capacity, navigate to: Settings > General > Storage and iCloud Usage.
