If you are experiencing this issue, please write to the Help Center and tell us the following information:
- Did you see an error message or any abnormal behaviour when subscribing to Viki Pass?
- Send us the following information so that we can locate your subscription and charges made
- The Credit Card payment network (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, etc)
- The last 4 digits of the card(s) being charged
- Expiration date
- Date(s) charged
- Any other email addresses you have
- Did you subscribe via Viki.com? Via the mobile app (Google Play or iTunes)? Or both, Viki.com and the Viki app?
- Send us a copy of the receipts showing the double charges, ideally the ones sent from Viki / Google / iTunes.
