Double charges - I'm being charged multiple times for Viki Pass

If you are experiencing this issue, please write to the Help Center and tell us the following information:

  1. Did you see an error message or any abnormal behavior when subscribing to Viki Pass?
  2. Send us the following information so that we can locate your subscription and charges made
      • The Credit Card payment network (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, etc)
      • The last 4 digits of the card(s) being charged
      • Expiration date
      • Date(s) charged
  3. Any other email addresses you have
  4. Did you subscribe via Via the mobile app (Google Play or iTunes)? Or both, and the Viki app? 
  5. Send us a copy of the receipts showing the double charges, ideally the ones sent from Viki / Google / iTunes.
